How to Track Leads from Multiple Sources

April 30, 2026 3 min read3 steps

Leads arrive from a tangle of channels — your website form, a WhatsApp message, an Instagram DM, a Facebook lead ad, a CSV bought at a fair, an IMAP inbox. Exphora unifies all nine major sources under one Lead Inbox so nothing leaks.

Supported sources

Setting up sources and tracking leads

  1. 1

    Connect each source

Go to Settings → Sources. Click Connect on each channel and follow the OAuth or API-key flow. Most sources connect in under a minute.

  2. 2

    Configure auto-scoring

Each new lead receives a 0–100 score based on company size, country, role, and engagement. Tweak the weights under Settings → Lead Scoring.

  3. 3

    Work the pipeline

In the Lead Inbox, leads move through New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Won / Lost. Drag cards across columns or set rules to auto-advance based on activity.

Frequently asked questions

People also ask

How does auto-scoring work?
A weighted formula combines company size, country, role seniority, source, and engagement signals (opens, replies, page views) into a 0–100 score, refreshed in real time.
Can I auto-assign leads to specific reps?
Yes. Under Settings → Routing, set rules by source, country, or score band. Leads land directly in the right rep's inbox.
Does Exphora dedupe leads across sources?
Yes. Email and phone are the default match keys. A single contact unifies their WhatsApp, Instagram, and email touches under one timeline.
Can I see which source converts best?
Yes. Reports → Lead Sources shows volume, win rate, and average deal size per source so you can double down on what works.
Are WhatsApp and Instagram replies sent from Exphora?
Yes. Once connected, you can reply to WhatsApp and Instagram messages directly inside the Lead Inbox without switching apps.
