Stripe is the fastest way to collect card payments on Exphora invoices and payment requests. Connection is one-click via OAuth — no API keys to copy and paste.

What you get after connecting

Connecting Stripe

  1. 1

Open Settings → Integrations → Stripe

From the settings sidebar, click Integrations, then Stripe.

  2. 2

    Click Connect Stripe

You're redirected to Stripe to log in or create an account. Approve the connection scope and you bounce back to Exphora.

Frequently asked questions

People also ask

Do I need a paid Exphora plan to use Stripe?
Stripe integration is included on all paid plans (Starter and above). Free workspaces can still issue manual invoices but cannot accept card payments.
What are the Stripe fees?
Stripe charges its standard rate (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per US card transaction; international and currency conversion add small fees). Exphora does not add a markup.
Can I disconnect Stripe later?
Yes. Settings → Integrations → Stripe → Disconnect. Existing payment links stay live for 30 days then expire.
Are refunds handled inside Exphora?
Yes. Open the paid invoice and click Refund. Full and partial refunds sync back to Stripe and update the invoice status.
Does the Stripe connection support multiple currencies?
Yes. A single Stripe account can charge in any of the 7 Exphora currencies. Each invoice carries its own currency at checkout.
