Booth-builder projects routinely cross borders — a Turkish builder invoicing a German client for a US show. Exphora supports seven currencies natively and nine payment rails, so you collect in whichever combination suits the deal without bouncing between tools.
Supported currencies and methods
- Currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, AED, SAR, CNY.
- Online payment: Stripe (cards), PayPal, Wise.
- Bank: SWIFT/IBAN wire, ACH (US), SEPA (EU), domestic transfer.
- Other: cash on delivery, cheque, manual / offline confirmation.
- Partial payments and milestone schedules supported on every method.
Sending the invoice
- 1
Open Invoices → New
From the CRM sidebar, click Invoices, then New Invoice. Pick the related project or proposal so line items pre-fill.
- 2
Choose currency
Set the invoice currency. Exchange rates are stored at issue date so the recorded value is fixed for accounting.
- 3
Configure payment methods
Tick which methods to offer. Stripe, PayPal, and Wise add a Pay button to the portal link. Bank methods show your IBAN and SWIFT, with QR support for IBAN-rich locales.
- 4
Set milestones (optional)
For larger projects split the invoice into 30/40/30 or any custom percentage schedule. Each milestone has its own due date and payment status.
- 5
Send the portal link
Hit Send. The client opens a branded portal, sees every payment option, and pays with one click — or downloads the PDF for their accounts team.
