Contracts are where most booth projects either accelerate or stall. Exphora removes the chase by generating a contract directly from the accepted proposal and managing the dual-sign flow inside the same client portal — no DocuSign, no PDF round-trips.
What's in the auto-drafted contract
- Project specs from the accepted proposal (size, stand type, build details, AV).
- Pricing, payment milestones, and currency.
- Build, install, and dismantle dates.
- Standard clauses: cancellation, force majeure, IP, confidentiality, governing law.
- Signature blocks for both parties with a full audit trail (IP, timestamp, browser, geolocation).
Sending the contract
- 1
Open the accepted proposal
Go to Proposals, find the accepted one, and click Generate Contract. A draft opens with all specs and price terms inherited from the proposal.
- 2
Review and customize clauses
Edit any clause in-line. You can swap your standard template, add an addendum, or attach extra files (insurance, GC permits).
- 3
Add signatories
Set who signs from your side and who signs on the client side. Multiple signatories per side are supported (e.g. legal + project lead).
- 4
Send via branded portal
Click Send. The client opens your branded portal, reviews the contract, and signs by drawing or typing their name. Both sides receive a signed PDF copy.
- 5
Track and archive
The contract status updates in real time (sent / opened / signed). Once fully signed, Exphora stores the PDF plus the audit trail under the project record.
