How to Share a Booth Design with a Client

April 30, 2026 3 min read4 steps

Sharing a 3D booth concept used to mean exporting a render, attaching it to an email, and waiting for written feedback. Exphora replaces that loop with a public share link your client opens in any browser — no signup, no install, no friction. You stay in control with four permission scopes and one-click revoke.

Permission scopes

Sharing the design

  1. 1

Click Share in the top toolbar

Open the design you want to send and click the Share button. A panel slides in with the link options.

  2. 2

    Pick a permission scope

    Choose read-only, content-upload, finish-picker, or co-edit. The link's capabilities update immediately.

  3. 3

    Copy and send the link

Hit Copy to copy the URL or Send via email to deliver it from your branded portal address.

  4. 4

    Revoke when done

Once the project is signed off, click Revoke in the same panel to invalidate the link. The client will see a polite "this design is no longer shared" page.

Frequently asked questions

People also ask

Does my client need to log in to view the design?
No. Share links are public — the recipient just clicks and the booth opens in their browser. Login is only required for co-edit access.
Can I track who has opened the share link?
Yes. Open the Share panel and review the activity log: each open, finish change, and content upload is timestamped.
Can I password-protect a share link?
Yes. Toggle "Require passcode" in the Share panel and set a 4–8 digit code. The recipient enters it once before viewing.
What happens to the link if I delete the design?
The link goes inactive immediately. Visitors see a "design unavailable" notice. Designs in trash can be restored within 30 days.
Can I share a design as a downloadable file instead of a link?
Yes. Use File → Export to download GLB, OBJ, DAE, or PNG and attach the file directly to your email.
