Exphora's Booth Designer is a browser-based 3D tool that lets you sketch a complete trade-show stand in under ten minutes. It is built for exhibitors, in-house marketers, and stand builders who need a fast, accurate concept they can share with clients before committing to fabrication. Everything happens in the browser — there is no install, no plugin, and no CAD background needed.
Before you start
- Your floor size, in meters (e.g. 6×6 m) or feet (e.g. 20×20 ft).
- Number of open sides (inline, corner, peninsula, or island).
- Approximate ceiling height the venue allows — usually 3–4 m.
- A rough idea of the rooms you need: meeting area, demo zone, storage, kitchen.
Designing the booth
- 1
Set your booth dimensions
Open the Booth Designer and enter the floor width and depth. Switch units between metric and imperial in the top toolbar — the canvas grid updates immediately.
- 2
Drag walls and rooms onto the canvas
Use the module library on the left to drop wall panels, meeting rooms, counters, and storage onto your floor. Modules snap to the grid and re-fit automatically when you change the booth size.
- 3
Add furniture, AV, and lighting
Pull in chairs, sofas, demo plinths, LED walls, monitors, and spotlights. Each item shows its real-world dimensions and basic AV requirements so you can balance the layout.
- 4
Render and share
Click Render to generate a high-quality preview, then export to GLB or send a public share link to your client for sign-off — no login required on their side.
When you are happy with the layout, the design becomes the source of truth for proposals, contracts, and invoices in the rest of Exphora — every measurement and module flows directly into the pricing breakdown, so you never re-key data.
