How to Add Your Company Branding (Logo and Colors)

April 30, 2026 3 min read5 steps

A consistent brand on every client touchpoint — proposal, contract, invoice, portal, chat widget — converts better and looks more professional than a stock template. Exphora centralizes branding in one place and propagates it everywhere.

Where your brand shows up

Setting up branding

  1. 1

    Open Settings → Branding

From the sidebar settings menu, click Branding. The branding canvas shows a live preview of every surface.

  2. 2

    Upload your logo

Drop a PNG or SVG (transparent background recommended) into the logo slot. Add a square favicon variant if you have one.

  3. 3

    Pick brand colors

Set primary, secondary, and accent colors. Use the color-contrast warning to avoid unreadable combinations.

  4. 4

Add a slogan and tagline (optional)

These show on portal landing pages and the AI chat widget greeting.

  5. 5

    Try the website scraper

Paste your company URL and click Auto-fill. Exphora pulls your logo, primary colors, and slogan from the live site as a starting point.

Frequently asked questions

People also ask

What logo formats does Exphora accept?
PNG, SVG, JPG, and WebP up to 5 MB. SVG is preferred for sharpness.
Can I use different branding per client?
On Enterprise plans, yes. Sub-brand profiles let you white-label proposals and portals per client account.
Will branding update on already-sent proposals?
Yes. Branding is applied at render time, so when a client opens an existing portal link they see the latest logo and colors.
How does the website scraper work?
It loads your public site, extracts the favicon and logo, samples the dominant brand colors, and pulls the meta description as a tagline.
Can I disable branding on a single document?
Yes. Each proposal, invoice, and contract has a "Use brand styling" toggle for cases where a plain template is preferred.
