Get a Quote (Free)Reminder: Exphora is software — we connect you to independent stand-builders who quote and execute the project.
Exphora is a software product — we do NOT build, ship, or install physical booths. What you get here is the 3D Designer plus CAD exports so you can design yourself or hand the file to your fabricator. If you need a physical build, logistics, on-site labor or installation for SEMA Show, please book a regional stand-builder — Exphora helps you prepare the design and hand it off cleanly.
Power, AV, furniture and storage planning calibrated to a 20x20 (6x6 m) footprint. Use this as a checklist before you finalize your design above.
2–3 × 20A circuits, often one dedicated to AV. Track lighting along the perimeter plus pendants over the meeting area. Add a 30A drop if you have a fridge or coffee setup.
1 main counter + 1 secondary check-in counter + 4–6 lounge or meeting chairs across 2 zones. A small round table for 1:1s.
3–4 monitors total: 1 hero (75"+) on the back wall, 2 mid-size for product demos, 1 portrait for a video loop. Wired HDMI > wireless for reliability.
Hanging sign overhead (check show rules — typical max height 16–20 ft), a back-wall hero panel and one feature wall with rotating messaging.
2–3 distinct demo zones. Each zone gets its own monitor + counter so reps can run parallel walk-throughs without queueing.
A dedicated 4 × 4 ft closet or counter wall. Plan power inside for charging tablets and phones overnight.
A 4-seat mini-lounge with a coffee table. Optional half-height meeting walls give privacy without blocking sightlines.
Things we have learned from booth builders working SEMA Show (Las Vegas, NV). Bake these into your design before move-in week.
Many exhibitors bring full vehicles — confirm move-in dock access, vehicle weight, and ramp clearance with show services first.
SEMA ceiling rules are looser than most US shows; tall lift-kits and roof racks display well, but check max height per hall.
Power needs vary wildly: a static car needs almost nothing, but a working dyno or lift needs 50A+ — design accordingly.
Visitors are gearheads, not corporate buyers — informal furniture (counters, stools, no boardroom tables) performs better.
Plan a "hero shot" angle for social-media photos — most attendees post booth pics, and a clean backdrop earns you free reach.
The Designer below auto-loads a 20x20 (6x6 m) booth with SEMA Show template options. No setup, no install.
"Surprise Me" is enabled by default — a randomized theme + furniture arrangement loads instantly. Swap walls, counters, lighting, AV and lounge zones until it fits.
One click produces the electric plan (outlets, amperage, lighting circuits), artwork list and full production list — ready to send to your fabricator.
Download CAD (DAE/STL/OBJ/GLB/DXF) or PNG render. Share a view-only link with your client. Hand off cleanly to fabrication.
Each landing pre-loads its own template footprint and event filter — open one and the Designer is ready to edit.
The current edition runs 2025-11-04 – 2025-11-07.
Las Vegas Convention Center is located in Las Vegas, USA. The venue operates with moderate union requirements. Labor: Exhibitor labor mostly allowed. Electrical: Union required for hard power. Rigging: Union required for overhead rigging. Freight & material handling: Union freight for large shows.
Frequent exhibitors at SEMA Show include Ascentium Capital LLC, Aria Jewelry Ltd, Bissell Commercial, Epilog Corporation, RAM Mount, and Kaeser Compressors Inc — relevant context when sizing your own program against the rest of the hall.

Yes. Exports are standard CAD formats (DAE, STL, OBJ, GLB, DXF, PNG) that open in Blender, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, KeyShot, Cinema 4D and almost any CAD or render tool. Hand the file to your booth fabricator and they can quote and build directly.
Six formats: DAE (Collada), STL, OBJ, GLB (glTF Binary), DXF, and high-resolution PNG renders. All exports are unwatermarked and free to use commercially.
Yes. From the Designer you can share a view-only link, export a PNG render for a proposal slide, or hand off the GLB to a real-time AR/VR viewer. If you use Exphora CRM, the design links to your booth proposal automatically.
The Designer is free forever. The Exphora CRM links your designs to proposals, invoices and a shared client portal — also free to start.
Exphora pairs the free Designer with a CRM purpose-built for booth builders. These pages are the most useful next step:
