Important: Exphora is software — not a stand builder

Exphora is a software product — we do NOT build, ship, or install physical booths. What you get here is the 3D Designer plus CAD exports so you can design yourself or hand the file to your fabricator. If you need a physical build, logistics, on-site labor or installation for Mobile World Congress, please book a regional stand-builder — Exphora helps you prepare the design and hand it off cleanly.

Inventory Guide

What goes in a 6x6m booth?

Power, AV, furniture and storage planning calibrated to a 6x6m (6x6 m) footprint. Use this as a checklist before you finalize your design above.

Lighting & Power

2–3 × 20A circuits, often one dedicated to AV. Track lighting along the perimeter plus pendants over the meeting area. Add a 30A drop if you have a fridge or coffee setup.

Furniture Count

1 main counter + 1 secondary check-in counter + 4–6 lounge or meeting chairs across 2 zones. A small round table for 1:1s.

AV Requirements

3–4 monitors total: 1 hero (75"+) on the back wall, 2 mid-size for product demos, 1 portrait for a video loop. Wired HDMI > wireless for reliability.

Signage

Hanging sign overhead (check show rules — typical max height 16–20 ft), a back-wall hero panel and one feature wall with rotating messaging.

Demo Space

2–3 distinct demo zones. Each zone gets its own monitor + counter so reps can run parallel walk-throughs without queueing.

Storage

A dedicated 4 × 4 ft closet or counter wall. Plan power inside for charging tablets and phones overnight.

Lounge / Meeting

A 4-seat mini-lounge with a coffee table. Optional half-height meeting walls give privacy without blocking sightlines.

Insider Notes

Mobile World Congress-specific tips

Things we have learned from booth builders working Mobile World Congress (Barcelona, Spain). Bake these into your design before move-in week.

01

MWC connectivity demos need real cellular hardware — coordinate with the show CTO office for spectrum permissions if you broadcast.

02

Halls in Fira Gran Via are massive; prioritize hanging signs and tall hero walls for findability.

03

Visitor mix is global telco execs + press — plan a private meeting zone separate from the public demo area.

04

Day 1–2 are press days; Day 3–4 are deal days — design two distinct staffing patterns and demo flows accordingly.

05

Spanish + English bilingual signage is standard; consider Catalan in welcome messaging as a courtesy.

Designing this booth in Exphora: drop the 6x6m m template above into your scene, place counters / lounge / meeting pod parametrically, share a live link with your client for in-canvas approvals, and export DAE / STL / OBJ / GLB / DXF when production starts. Exphora also runs the CRM behind the project — pipeline, proposal, contract, invoice, sub-contractor coordination — so the same scene that produced the render produces the production list.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the embedded Designer really free?

Yes. The 3D Designer at app.exphora.com is free forever. Unlimited projects, unlimited CAD exports, no watermark, no credit card. You can use it standalone or alongside the Exphora CRM.

Do I need to sign up to download my CAD files?

A free Exphora account is required to save your project and download CAD exports — that is how we keep your designs in sync across browsers and devices. Signing up takes 30 seconds with email or Google.

Can my fabricator open the file?

Yes. Exports are standard CAD formats (DAE, STL, OBJ, GLB, DXF, PNG) that open in Blender, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, KeyShot, Cinema 4D and almost any CAD or render tool. Hand the file to your booth fabricator and they can quote and build directly.

What CAD formats are exported?

Six formats: DAE (Collada), STL, OBJ, GLB (glTF Binary), DXF, and high-resolution PNG renders. All exports are unwatermarked and free to use commercially.

Can I share this design with my client?

Yes. From the Designer you can share a view-only link, export a PNG render for a proposal slide, or hand off the GLB to a real-time AR/VR viewer. If you use Exphora CRM, the design links to your booth proposal automatically.
