AV is one of the highest-impact and highest-cost layers of a modern trade-show booth. Exphora gives you a parametric LED-wall and monitor library so you can visualize, size, and budget your AV without spreadsheets.
What's in the AV library
- LED video walls — common pitches P1.9, P2.6, P3.9, P4.8 and custom curved or transparent variants.
- Monitors and TVs — 32" through 98", landscape or portrait, on stands or wall-mounted.
- Touchscreen kiosks — 22"–55", with stands or freestanding totems.
- Projectors and projection screens — short-throw and standard.
- Speakers, mics, and small AV racks for power and signal distribution.
Adding AV to your booth
- 1
Open the AV category
In the module library on the left, scroll to AV / Digital. The category is grouped by display type (LED, LCD, projection).
- 2
Drag the display onto a wall or floor
Drop an LED wall onto an existing booth wall and Exphora auto-sizes it to the wall surface. For freestanding monitors, drop them anywhere on the floor and they snap to the grid.
- 3
Adjust pitch, size, and orientation
Click the display to open its inspector. Set the LED pitch, exact width and height in modules, and orientation (landscape or portrait). The visual updates immediately.
- 4
Review power and signal load
The inspector shows total power draw (kW), peak amperage, and required signal cable runs. Use this to flag any rigging or electrical orders to the GC early.
- 5
Export the AV bill of materials
Open File → Export → AV BOM. Exphora generates a CSV of every display with quantity, model, pitch, size, power, and rough rental cost so you can send it to your AV vendor.
