PAX AUS 2026

PAX AUS 2026 is a video games - interactive entertainment trade show held at Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre in Australia on 2026-10-09 – 2026-10-11.

For booth builders, exhibition contractors, and stand-design studios, PAX AUS 2026 represents a defined build window where exhibitors source stand fabrication, AV, lighting, and on-site logistics. Studios that win at PAX AUS 2026 typically begin outreach 90–180 days before show open, well before exhibitor lists are public — the Signal Explorer database in Exphora surfaces these prospects early so booth builders can pitch before competitors do.

Typical builder activity at PAX AUS 2026 includes custom stand fabrication, modular system rentals, AV integration (LED video walls, demo workstations), lighting and trussing, on-site install/dismantle, and post-show storage. Exhibitor stand sizes in Australia typically range from 10×10 ft entry-tier through 20×20 ft islands and up to 30×30 ft flagship programs. Cost framing varies widely — the dominant drivers are AV scope (printed graphics versus LED video), union labor in cities like Las Vegas, NYC, and Chicago, and rigging/hanging-sign fees that scale with sign weight and hall.

Exphora unifies the booth-builder workflow for shows like PAX AUS 2026: pipeline stages mapped to fair lead-times, exhibitor records prepopulated from the Signal Explorer database, AI-generated proposals, e-signature contracts, multi-currency invoicing, sub-contractor coordination, and a free 3D Booth Designer for the design phase. Studios building at PAX AUS 2026 can pull the show's exhibitor list, filter to ICP-fit prospects, and run outreach + design + delivery in one platform.
